Logistics and warehousing

The comprehensive system for warehouse management (WMS) controls warehouse processes from the moment the goods are received (logistic unit, raw material, product), during the whole time the goods are stored in a warehouse, up to the moment they are issued to the customer.

Our WMS solutions are characterized by flexibility – they can be adapted to the needs of the customer, and can work with mobile computers operating on automatic identification technologies, such as bar codes or RFiD. The use of this technology, as an integral part of WMS systems, enables real-time data registration, processing and performance of warehouse operations at any location.



Basic tasks performed by warehouse systems are typical logistic operations, such as receipt, issuance, or stocktaking. Apart from these functions, there are processes in certain branches that would be difficult to carry out effectively without a warehouse management system in place.

One of advantages of our solution is its flexibility and scalability. It can be adapted to the requirements of any company, regardless of branch, size or type of processes performed (trans-shipment warehouses, high storage warehouses, centrally organized or scattered – divisions).

Our solutions have built-in, advanced reporting mechanisms, and enable effective storage and archiving of information about all tasks performed linked with specific logistic units. The data provided enables tracking the warehouse inventory in real time, and makes it easier for the managers to take decisions. Extended reports also enable tracing the origin of products in the entire production and logistic process to ensure complete supervision and progress of the operation.

WMS systems also offer advanced optimization methods, relating to both the use of warehouse space (optimization of storage of goods) and the performance of processes. An example of such support is optimization of routes during preparing deliveries, ABC analysis improving flows in a warehouse, controlling the flow of products according to the principle FIFO, LIFO or FEFO (First Expired First Out).

The WMS system can be used independently to manage warehouse processes, however in order to fully utilise its capabilities it must work with the external systems used in an enterprise, e.g.:

  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning),
  • TMS (Transport Management System),
  • MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

This combination gives a user a comprehensive IT solution for enterprise management. The WMS systems implemented by our company are much more flexible and customizable than similar logistic modules that are part of ERP systems. As opposed to them, they are focused more on real-time management of the flow of materials than on transaction processes – the main functionality of ERP systems. Systems for managing receipt and delivery of shipments are designed for supporting mobile workers from TSL sector companies. Along with planning and task assignment modules, they ensure a complete control over place, time and way of receipt and delivery of shipments. Additionally, thanks to the use of mobile computers (data collectors), such systems enable electronic gathering of data and real-time reporting on the tasks performed and events accompanying them. These systems can also be beneficial for management, for quality control and performance figures, enabling continuous improvement.

Our system can be adapted to the needs of each company which performs the tasks of receipt or delivery of various shipments (pallets, packages, etc.).

The basic element of the system is a mobile application operating on mobile computers (data collectors) whose main task is facilitating the performance of tasks by field employees. Optimized synchronization of data with central server through GPRS/EDGE enables real-time control of task statuses. Additional features of mobile computers, such as bar code reader or CCD camera, enable electronic gathering of data and event registering (e.g. photographic documentation of damaged shipment). The system of GPS geolocalization enables the assignment of location to place of task performance, and touch screen allows customer to confirm the fulfillment of the order by his signature directly on the device.

The system is based on ready-made and proven platform, configured according to the needs of Customer, which can be integrated with any IT system. Such approach ensures reliability and gives guarantee of complete customization.



  • assigning tasks to drivers and monitoring the status of their performance,
  • tracing the current status of tasks ordered (orders/deliveries),
  • automation of the process of loading and unloading – using bar code readers or RFID,
  • possibility of creating photographic documentation of damaged packages,
  • unambiguous connection of a shipment, driver and means of transport,
  • control of reloading between vehicles (e.g. in case of failure).
