Mobile workstation

Autonomy and security. Workstation based on a steel trolley with its own 230V system, equipped with equipment and accessories needed for work.

Mobile workstation
Are fixedworkstations slowing down your warehouse processes?
  • Do you need to invest in a network of fixed points with computers, printers and other office equipment, trying to ensure relatively quick access and smooth work?
  • Employees have to walk miles a day to pick up prints on the other side of the warehouse?
  • Sudden power outages freeze all processes?
  • Never have your computer and hardware where you need it most?
  • Employees have to ask each other for favors when they are very busy away from their job?
  • There is competition for access to equipment, and waiting in line costs the company time and money?
  • Need to run long cables where there is no access to the network – risk mechanical damage to them, causing a risk of electric shock?

Thinking about these problems, a system of autonomous workstations was created, which are perfect for warehouses and production halls. Make employees independent of power sources and eliminate time-consuming journeys between devices.

Experience the difference mobile workstations make.
    • Savings – no need to develop a network of fixed workstations. Mobile will change their functionality, move to the most crucial places and use their potential all the time.
    • Convenience and precision – software on the big screen and full set of hardware are always nearby, even when tasks are scattered throughout the facility.
    • Access to remote systems – own data communication.
    • Adaptive functionality – the characteristics of the workstation and the supported processes are based on the application currently running there.
    • Efficiency – thanks to battery
    • Work safety – the functionality of the workstation without additional cables, and also less pedestrian traffic in the hall means a lower risk of accidents.
    • Possibility to charge devices such as scanners and readers on site. 230V available at each station.
    • Save time – label printer computers are always where the batch needs to be placed. A station with a reader always at hand.
    • Employee energy savings – minimum walking with the same efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Flexibility of equipment – a mobile trolley with a power source is the basis for a very wide range of equipment configurations.
    • Convenient charging from any standard electrical outlet.
    • Resistance to power failures – continuation of work on own batteries.

Ensure the highest level of security and maximum employee efficiency.

“Many bidders applied for the implementation. However, the scope of the solution proposed by IBCS Poland, as well as additional elements related to network monitoring and management as part of these functionalities, determined the choice of this solution – explains Zbigniew Koplin from the District Dairy Cooperative in Piątnica.”

“It is worth emphasizing that the efficiency of the warehouse increased above the assumed value. This contributed to real financial savings. We are fully satisfied with the implementation and its effects as well as cooperation with IBCS Poland.”

“As intended, work ergonomics have improved, the number of errors has decreased, and warehouse processes have been optimised. The pick-by-voice technology has also contributed to speeding up the collection and dispensing stages, as well as increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of picking.”

“The system is centralized and easy to manage from one place. It generates not only savings of funds, but also time savings – previously, manual printing was performed by employees and operators of all workstations. (…) The universal architecture significantly reduced downtime, facilitated service work and additionally largely eliminated human errors.”
